This type of cheese ball was invented by Americans. A nation that comes up with simply ingenious dishes and combinations, thanks to its openness, internationalism, and freedom of spirit in everything.
Ingredients
-500 grams of cream cheese (such as Almette, Philadelphia, Buko, etc.)
-100 grams sour cream 20%
-3 tablespoons ready-made grated white horseradish (from a jar)
-150 grams cheddar cheese (or other semi-hard cheese), finely grated
-200 grams of ham, finely chopped
-1/2 red onion, finely chopped
-1 tablespoon dried onion (optional)
-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
-Parsley for garnish
-Salt to taste
Cooking time: 15 minutes
1) Pour boiling water over the onions, leave for 5 minutes, drain, and rinse under cold running water.

2) Place cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and dried onion in a large bowl.

Mix well until the ingredients are completely and evenly blended.
3) Add the ham and onion and mix well again.

4) Cover a deep bowl or bowl with cling film.

Transfer the mixture to a prepared bowl and press down firmly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

5) Remove the bowl with the mixture from the refrigerator and carefully transfer the cheese mixture to a serving plate, pulling back the plastic wrap so that the mixture slides out more easily.
6) Decorate the sides of the cheese ball with parsley, pressing the leaves to the surface, and serve with your favorite crackers or croutons.

Enjoy your meal!
