
Hot artichoke dip
A creamy and very cheesy dip. High in calories, but very interesting. Perfect for a light romantic snack during a movie night at home 🙂
Approximately 500 ml:
Ingredients
-120 grams of cream cheese
-1 can of canned artichokes
-2 cloves of garlic
-40 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
-125 ml of low-fat sour cream
-125 ml of mayonnaise
-100 grams of grated Emmental or Gouda cheese
-2 egg yolks
Cooking time: 35 minutes
1) Finely chop the artichokes. Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
2) Mix the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, egg yolks, and artichokes. Crush the garlic and mix again.

Arrange in small deep baking dishes
3) Prepare a water bath for baking and place the mold with the dip inside.
To prepare a water bath for baking dishes in the oven, fill a deep and sufficiently wide heat-resistant dish halfway with hot water. Place the dish with the food to be baked in it. Place in an oven preheated to the required temperature.

4) Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with salted crackers, Italian grissini breadsticks, or simply with croutons.
